REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY - Domestic
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund for free.
- First purchase: Free returns, exchanges and refunds.
- Second returns: A flat $10 return fee applies.

There are five simple steps to our hassle free returns
- Visit our returns portal, add in your Order Number and Zip Code, Email or Phone number
- Choose the item you want to return from the provided options of the form
- Choose the reason why you are returning the item
- Click submit and SENDLE will come to pick up the parcel from your premise
- Once your order is submitted, we'll process your request
If you are in a location where SENDLE does not pick up or you have a PO Box, a label will not be generated on the portal. Instead please email Hello@UnityCoveSwim.Com and I will generate a paid AUSTRALIA POST label.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY - International
As a growing small business, we aim to provide the best possible experience while ensuring we can sustainably operate and continue serving our community. So the terms for international are a little bit different for international.
Full Order Refunds
If you return your entire order for a refund:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Items must meet our return conditions below.
- Refunds are processed once your items are received and inspected.
Partial Refunds / Partial Returns
If you keep part of your order and return only some items:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another size, colour, or style:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
- Once received and approved, Unity Cove will cover the cost of shipping your exchange item back to you.

How to Start an International Return
Please email hello@unitycoveswim.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS & RETURNS
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
- clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- clothing must be free of pet hair.
- clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- clothing must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, pet hair etc.,
- boxed items must be unopened and the seal unbroken.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
For international returns, items must be sent using a tracked shipping method. Unity Cove is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
FAULTY ITEM POLICY
At Unity Cove, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. If you believe that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, you can start the returns process here https://unitycoveswim.loopreturns.com/#/
If the product is unavailable, we will provide you with a refund or a store credit as an alternative. Please be advised that items outside of the 14-day period will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and therefore are not eligible for exchange/store credit. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
EXCHANGES
If the item is not the right size or does not suit you, you have the option to exchange it for a different size or item if it is within the 14 day receipt period. We will send the exchange items to you as soon as your return is processed.
Please note we are a small business and that we cannot hold products for exchange. We advise you to send your return promptly to ensure that you receive your exchange items without any delay.
In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund or a store credit - your choice.
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges should the price change.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our facility.
Store Credit is issued to you in the form of a Voucher. To use your voucher please login to our website (top right hand corner), pop in your email address and it will then prompt you to create a password. Once you are logged in, your store credit will be applied at checkout.
Store Credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
