When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email Hello@UnityCoveSwim.com
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact go through our Returns and Exchanges portal to initiate the return or refund.

In order to start an exchange or return, just head to: Unity Cove Exchange & Returns Portal
There are five simple steps to our hassle free returns
- Visit our returns portal, add in your Order Number and Zip Code, Email or Phone number
- Choose the item you want to return from the provided options of the form
- Choose the reason why you are returning the item
- Click submit and Sendle will come to pick up the parcel from your premise*
- Once your order is submitted, we'll process your request
Note: Should our courier company not pick up from your location, please contact Hello@UnityCoveSwim.com and we will manage your return directly.
We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges (within and outside of Australia), as long as you are within the 14 days of the date of original purchase.
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:
- clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
- clothing must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, pet hair etc.,
- boxed items must be unopened and the seal unbroken.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.

You may be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Unity Cove does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you on what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. For example the UK will charge you if your purchase is above 135 pounds.
